GOMME is request-based, meaning you don't create a public profile for everyone to see. Instead, once you sign up and complete your tutor profile, you can browse available requests and apply to the ones that match your skills, subject, and schedule.

On the free plan, you can apply to up to 5 student requests per month. If you'd like to apply to more, you can upgrade to our premium plan for $10/month, which gives you: - Unlimited applications - Priority visibility on student requests - Discounted match fees

No, GOMME does not take a commission on your tutoring sessions. You get paid directly by the student and keep 100% of what you earn. Instead, you pay a one-time match fee only if you're selected by a student. This fee is 10% of the total request value, capped at the equivalent of two sessions — so it's predictable and fair.
